We are seeking an experienced **Specialist Emergency Medicine Physician** to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care, managing acute and complex presentations, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
-   Provide timely treatment for acute and emergency medical conditions.
-   Stabilise critically ill and injured patients and coordinate appropriate onward care.
-   Manage medical, surgical, trauma and other emergency presentations within the scope of practice.
-   Order and interpret relevant laboratory investigations and diagnostic imaging.
-   Perform appropriate emergency procedures and interventions.
-   Collaborate with specialists, consultants, nursing teams and other healthcare professionals.
-   Participate in resuscitation and emergency response activities.
-   Ensure accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
-   Provide safe discharge planning, follow-up recommendations and appropriate referrals.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
-   Support teaching and supervision of junior medical staff where required.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Recognised **Specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine**.
-   Relevant postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine.
-   Strong clinical experience in a hospital Emergency Department.
-   Experience managing a broad range of adult and/or paediatric emergency presentations, depending on departmental requirements.
-   Current professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
-   Eligibility for **DHA licensing in Dubai**, subject to DHA assessment and approval.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment.

## Benefits

-   The **maximum package is AED 45,000 per month**, inclusive of **housing and travel allowance**.
