We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Consultant Breast Radiologist** to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide specialized breast imaging and diagnostic services, working closely with breast surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and comprehensive patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform and interpret **mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and other breast imaging studies**.
-   Evaluate screening and diagnostic breast imaging for benign and malignant breast conditions.
-   Perform and interpret **diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, and contrast-enhanced breast imaging** where available.
-   Perform image-guided breast procedures, including **ultrasound-guided, stereotactic, and MRI-guided breast biopsies** as appropriately credentialed.
-   Perform image-guided localization procedures for breast surgery.
-   Assess breast masses, calcifications, architectural distortions, asymmetries, and other abnormalities.
-   Provide accurate and timely radiology reports using standardized breast imaging protocols and **BI-RADS** classification.
-   Participate in breast cancer screening and early detection programs.
-   Correlate imaging findings with clinical history, pathology, and previous examinations.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary **breast tumor boards** and discuss imaging findings with surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide appropriate recommendations for additional imaging, biopsy, or follow-up when required.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
-   Supervise and mentor junior radiologists and radiology trainees where applicable.
-   Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, radiation safety, and clinical governance standards.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Completion of accredited postgraduate training in **Diagnostic Radiology**.
-   Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in **Breast Imaging/Breast Radiology** from a recognized institution.
-   Board Certification or equivalent recognized Consultant qualification in Radiology.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** at the Consultant level, with significant experience in breast imaging.
-   Eligibility for or possession of a **Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Consultant License**. Candidates eligible for licensing are encouraged to apply.
-   Strong expertise in mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, breast biopsy, and image-guided breast procedures.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
