📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah

We are seeking experienced and qualified **Consultant Family Medicine Physicians** to join reputable healthcare facilities across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive primary and family medical care to patients across different age groups.
-   Conduct consultations, medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
-   Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
-   Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and patient education.
-   Monitor and manage patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, and respiratory disorders.
-   Perform routine health assessments and appropriate clinical procedures.
-   Refer patients to specialists when required and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
-   Provide appropriate follow-up and ensure continuity of care.
-   Promote healthy lifestyles and disease-prevention strategies.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and patient-safety protocols.
-   Support and mentor junior physicians and other healthcare professionals where required.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Family Medicine**.
-   Valid eligibility for **Consultant Family Medicine** classification under the relevant UAE licensing authority.
-   Relevant post-specialization and consultant-level clinical experience.
-   Strong knowledge of preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and primary healthcare.
-   Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
-   **DHA / DOH / SHA license or eligibility** is preferred, depending on the location
