We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Pediatric ENT (Otolaryngologist)** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in **diagnosing and managing pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions, pediatric airway disorders, and specialized ENT procedures**. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage **pediatric ear, nose, throat, and upper airway disorders** in infants, children, and adolescents.
-   Evaluate and treat **recurrent ear infections, hearing loss, tonsillitis, adenoid hypertrophy, and chronic sinus conditions**.
-   Perform pediatric ENT procedures, including **tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanostomy tube insertion, and other appropriate interventions**, within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Assess and manage **pediatric airway obstruction, stridor, congenital airway abnormalities, and sleep-disordered breathing**.
-   Conduct diagnostic procedures, including **otoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and flexible laryngoscopy**, where clinically indicated.
-   Evaluate children with **speech delays, hearing impairment, and balance disorders** in collaboration with audiologists and speech therapists.
-   Interpret diagnostic investigations, including **audiometry, tympanometry, CT scans, and MRI**.
-   Develop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative assessments, post-operative follow-up, and family-centered care.
-   Collaborate with **pediatricians, anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists**.
-   Ensure compliance with **DOH regulations, pediatric surgical safety protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Otolaryngology / ENT / Head & Neck Surgery**.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.
-   **Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Pediatric Otolaryngology / Pediatric ENT** is highly desirable.
-   **American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications** are preferred.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of relevant post-specialization experience** preferred, including substantial pediatric ENT experience.
-   Strong expertise in **pediatric airway management, otologic conditions, and pediatric ENT procedures**.
-   Eligible for the appropriate **DOH Consultant ENT / Otolaryngology classification/license** in Abu Dhabi, with relevant pediatric ENT clinical privileges, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
