We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine Specialist** to join a leading healthcare facility in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in **assisted reproductive technologies (ART), infertility management, IVF procedures, and reproductive endocrinology**. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage **male and female infertility, reproductive disorders, and complex fertility conditions**.
-   Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Perform and supervise **IVF, ICSI, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and other assisted reproductive procedures**, within authorized clinical privileges.
-   Manage **ovarian stimulation protocols, follicular monitoring, and oocyte retrieval procedures**.
-   Perform **embryo transfer procedures** and coordinate care with embryologists and fertility specialists.
-   Diagnose and manage **polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), ovulatory disorders, endometriosis, and recurrent pregnancy loss**.
-   Interpret diagnostic investigations, including **hormonal profiles, pelvic ultrasound, semen analysis, and reproductive imaging**.
-   Provide fertility preservation counseling and appropriate treatment options.
-   Monitor treatment outcomes and manage complications, including **ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS)**.
-   Collaborate with **embryologists, gynecologists, endocrinologists, urologists, and multidisciplinary fertility teams**.
-   Ensure compliance with **DOH regulations, UAE assisted reproduction laws, fertility treatment protocols, and patient safety standards**.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Obstetrics & Gynecology**.
-   Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.
-   **Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), or IVF** is highly desirable.
-   **American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications** are preferred.
-   Minimum **5–10 years of relevant post-specialization experience** preferred, including substantial IVF and fertility treatment experience.
-   Strong expertise in **assisted reproductive technologies, ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer procedures**.
-   Eligible for the appropriate **DOH Consultant specialty classification/license** in Abu Dhabi, with relevant IVF and reproductive medicine clinical privileges, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.
