We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Specialist Plastic Surgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical medical practice. The successful candidate must hold a valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures.
-   Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including trauma reconstruction, scar revision, skin grafting, flap reconstruction, hand surgery (where applicable), and aesthetic procedures.
-   Conduct detailed preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Provide patients with comprehensive counseling regarding surgical options, expected outcomes, potential risks, and postoperative care.
-   Perform surgical procedures in accordance with international clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.
-   Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and ensure appropriate postoperative management and follow-up.
-   Manage surgical emergencies and complications effectively.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dermatologists, oncologists, orthopedic surgeons, ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
-   Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
-   Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to teaching and mentoring where appropriate.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DHA.
-   Master's Degree (MS), MCh, Board Certification, Arab Board, European Board, FRCS (Plastic Surgery), or equivalent recognized specialization in Plastic Surgery.
-   Valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon.
-   Fellowship training in Aesthetic, Reconstructive, Microsurgery, Hand Surgery, Craniofacial Surgery, or Burns Surgery is an added advantage.
-   Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
