We are seeking a highly qualified and patient-focused **Specialist Internal Medicine** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients, with expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. The ideal candidate must hold a valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Internal Medicine physician.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions affecting adult patients.
-   Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
-   Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, renal diseases, and infectious diseases.
-   Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams when advanced evaluation or intervention is required.
-   Provide preventive healthcare services, health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
-   Manage inpatient and outpatient medical cases while ensuring continuity of care.
-   Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize critically ill patients when required.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the hospital's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
-   Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
-   Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to teaching and mentoring where appropriate.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DHA.
-   MD, DNB, Arab Board, Membership/Fellowship of recognized medical colleges, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine recognized by DHA.
-   Valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Internal Medicine physician.
-   Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is preferred.
