**We're Hiring | Specialist Hematologist**

We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Specialist Hematologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological conditions, provide comprehensive patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage benign and malignant hematological disorders.
-   Evaluate and treat conditions such as anemia, coagulation disorders, thrombosis, and hematological malignancies.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response.
-   Manage patients requiring chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusion support, and other hematological treatments, where qualified.
-   Interpret relevant laboratory investigations, blood films, and bone marrow studies.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Hematology or a relevant specialty.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist level.
-   Strong knowledge of hematology diagnosis and treatment protocols.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
