## Description

As an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer in our Space Division, you will play a critical role in the assembly, integration, and testing of space systems and subsystems, ensuring all components meet the highest quality standards before launch. This position requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to ensure that our space projects are flawlessly executed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-   Leading the assembly and integration of satellite components and systems in compliance with engineering specifications and applicable safety standards.
-   Developing and executing detailed test plans and procedures for functional, environmental, and performance testing of satellite subsystems.
-   Conducting integration tests to validate system performances, maintaining documentation of all tests and results.
-   Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, systems engineering, and quality assurance, to identify integration issues early in the process and drive them to resolution.
-   Using specialized test equipment to perform testing and data acquisition during assembly and integration phases.
-   Ensuring all assembly and testing activities are conducted following best practices and in adherence to NASA and industry guidelines.
-   Participating in anomaly investigations to determine root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace systems or similar complex systems.
-   Hands-on experience with satellite or space vehicle assembly and integration processes.
-   Solid understanding of test methodologies and experience with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, etc.).
-   Experience with data analysis tools and software such as Python, LabVIEW, or equivalent.
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-   Willingness to travel to test sites and customer locations as needed.
