## Description

**Flexible self-employed delivery work with consistent routes, excellent daily rates, and weekly pay.**  
We're looking for reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our growing team based in **Hayes (UB3)**. If you enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and want the flexibility to choose when you work, we'd love to hear from you.  
  
What You'll Earn  

-   **£130-£159 per day** (depending on route and performance)  
    
-   **£0.20 per business mile** mileage contribution  
    
-   **Weekly payments** (paid two weeks in arrears)  
    

  
Vehicle Options  
Choose the option that suits you best:  

-   Use your **own electric van**, or  
    
-   Rent an electric van through our trusted partner for **£230 per week**, including **VAT, insurance, and servicing**  
    

  
Your Working Day  

-   Start from **7:45 AM**  
    
-   Collect your route from our **Hayes (UB3) depot**  
    
-   Deliver parcels across your assigned delivery area  
    
-   Typical route duration of **up to 9.5 hours**  
    
-   Work independently while delivering excellent customer service

What You'll Need  

-   Be **21 years or older**  
    
-   Hold a **full UK driving licence** for at least **1 year**  
    
-   Have **no more than 6 penalty points** (no serious endorsements)  
    
-   Have **no unspent criminal convictions**  
    
-   Be reliable, professional, and customer-focused  
    

  
Important Information  
This is a **self-employed** role, so you'll be responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.  
  
As part of our commitment to safety, all drivers are subject to **random alcohol and drug testing**, and full compliance with our Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy is required.  
  
Payment Schedule  
Your first payment will be made **two weeks after your first completed week of work**. After that, you'll be paid **weekly**, with payments always remaining **two weeks in arrears**.
