## Go Green with ATA Sameday – Delivery Driver

Looking for a driving opportunity where you can earn well, stay active and make a difference?

ATA Sameday is recruiting **Delivery Drivers** to join our Hived operation in **Southampton**, with work available across the surrounding area.

## Pay & Benefits

-   **Medium Routes: up to £185 per day (£222 including VAT).**
-   **Larger Routes: up to £200 per day (£240 including VAT).**
-   **EXTRA EARNINGS ALERT! – DRIVER PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE:** From **23rd November to 13th December**, drivers have the opportunity to earn an extra **£15 or £20 per day** through our performance incentive scheme!
-   **Mileage reimbursement of £0.30 per business mile.**
-   Payments are issued **two weeks after the work has been completed**, with weekly payments continuing on a two-week delay.
-   **7-day operation** with regular work available.
-   Ongoing support and comprehensive instructions to help you succeed.

## The Role

-   **Location:** Unit 6, The Old Dairy Business Park, Southampton, SO14 0YT.
-   **Delivery Area:** Southampton and surrounding areas.
-   **Wave Time:** 8:00 AM.
-   **Hours:** Up to 9.5 hours per day.
-   **Vehicle:** Electric MWB van.
-   If you don't have your own suitable van, we work with a **preferred vehicle rental supplier** who can provide rental options and pricing.

## Make Deliveries Greener

You'll be part of our **Hived delivery operation**, driving an electric van and helping to provide greener, more sustainable deliveries across Southampton.

## What You Need

-   Must be **21+** due to insurance requirements.
-   Valid UK driving licence held for **at least 1 year**.
-   Maximum **6 points** on your licence.
-   No driving convictions.
-   Clean criminal background.
-   Reliable, professional and committed to providing great customer service.
-   Comfortable working independently and completing multi-drop deliveries.

## Important Requirement – Alcohol & Drug Testing

We operate a strict **Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy**.

-   All drivers are subject to **random alcohol and drug testing**.
-   Full compliance with the policy is required at all times.
