### Role

The **Team Lead in Benelux** (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) is responsible for leading a high-performing team in the Technical Services function while creating a positive, proactive, and inclusive environment that supports team well-being and delivers excellent customer service. Based in **Amsterdam**, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact in the Benelux region. As a leader, you will motivate and coach your team, drive initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will report to the Technical Services Manager (Benelux) and collaborate with an international operations team, including regular travel to share and implement best practices. 

You will oversee daily team performance, set priorities, handle escalations, and lead problem-solving activities. Your role includes reporting on KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring high visibility of results. The role is dynamic, combining management responsibilities with time in the field, including customer visits and service audits. With a strong focus on customer success, you will proactively address challenges, build relationships, and contribute directly to overall business performance.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and coordinate the Benelux Technical Services team, ensuring adequate resource coverage and smooth delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly customer projects and activities.
-   Monitor team performance and quality standards by assigning audits, reviewing KPIs, tracking daily activities, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
-   Support, coach, and develop team members through regular guidance, performance reviews, training, and ATC Academy programs to improve technical skills and overall performance.
-   Manage operational performance and reporting, providing regular updates, KPI reports, service summaries, and recommendations for process improvements to management.
-   Plan and coordinate team schedules and resources, including assigning supervisors and ensuring operational requirements are met.
-   Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, and quality standards, including conducting inspections, audits, and ensuring adherence to ATC and TAPA policies.
-   Oversee warehouse, fleet, and facilities operations in the Netherlands, ensuring efficient organization, maintenance, security, and delivery of improvement projects.
-   Act as a key point of contact for operational and security matters, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

-   Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
-   Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
-   Proven ability to take ownership and complete tasks successfully.
-   Experience in logistics, project coordination, or technical service operations, with the ability to guide and support teams.
-   Willingness to travel across Europe for project work.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365, with strong English skills (C1) and local language proficiency (B2). 
-   A valid **class B driving licence** with a clean driving record

The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.   

-   Previous experience in a data centre, logistics, construction, or industrial environment.
-   Security management experience.
-   Project management experience.
-   Knowledge of TAPA Facility Security Requirements (FSR).
