### **The Role...**

We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** to join our **Experience Design Department**.

In this role, you will combine user-centered thinking with strong visual design skills to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.

You will be involved in the entire design process, from understanding user needs and translating business requirements into user journeys and wireframes to designing polished, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape digital products that balance user needs, business goals, and design excellence.

**As a UX/UI Designer you will:** 

-   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.  

-   Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns. 

-   Create high-fidelity UI designs in line with brand and design system guidelines. 

-   Manage, contribute, and evolve the project’s design system. 

-   Provide detailed hand-off to developers with clear specifications and optimized assets. 

-   Participate in design reviews, internal QA, and support the dev team during implementation. 

-   Translate insights from UXR into clear and usable interface designs. 

-   Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and relevant design patterns to inform design decisions.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in UX/UI role 

-   Confidence across the full design process, from flow to final screen 

-   Expert knowledge of UX/UI design principles, techniques and methodologies 

-   Experience with design and prototyping tools (we work on Figma) 

-   Experience working with a design system, its curation and maintenance 

-   Good organization and communication skills 

-   Eye for detail and a good sense of visual hierarchy, layout 

-   Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design 

-   Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity to explore how they can improve your design process and the quality of your work. 

Will be considered as a plus 

-   Experience with Atomic Design 

-   Exposure to e-commerce or multi-flow digital products
