## Description

The project offers a comprehensive range of technologies and services for reliable and user-friendly injection systems for self-medication.  
Its customers are pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that develop, manufacture and distribute drugs for injection.

Phone, email and chat support for customers regarding insulin pumps and related accessories.

• Providing information about the company's products and services.

• Assisting customers in connecting insulin pumps to apps on smartphones.

• Handling customer service requests with a high level of empathy and customer focus.

• Assisting customers in using and managing the insulin pump effectively.

• Documenting and tracking customer requests in the SAP CRM system.

• Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support or management, if necessary.

• Working with local 2nd level support and other departments to resolve customer issues.

## Requirements

-   Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German

-   Availability to work in rotating shifts;
-   Good computer skills;
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
-   High School Diploma
-   EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
