**About the Role**  
As an **Advertisers Support Specialist**, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by providing assistance across multiple communication channels. You'll help clients with product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have the best possible experience with their advertising solutions.  
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, technology, and delivering excellent customer service while developing expertise in digital advertising solutions.

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**  

-   Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2)
-   English level B2 or above.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Good computer skills.
-   Experience or interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Customer-focused mindset.
-   High School Diploma or equivalent.
-   EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.

## Benefits

**What We Offer**  
**Salary:** 1436.16 € gross/month  + Extra Bonus  
**Employment Contract**  

-   Initial 12-month contract.
-   Renewable for an additional 12 months.
-   Permanent contract after two years, based on performance.  
    

**Working Schedule**  

-   Full-time position (40 hours per week).
-   Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
-   Rotative Shifts
