We are offering a work opportunity as a **Tech Support Agent.** Our client is a leading manufacturer in drone business.

Joining this Team you will be:

\- Responsible for providing Multilingual presales consultation services to users through various channels such as phone, online, and email.

\- Responsible for providing users professional solutions of presales inquiries, including purchase recommendation and order related issue like invoice, stock-checking, shipping status, logistics exception etc.;

\- Properly handle customer complaints and comfort customer's emotions, establish good 

communication with users, and enhance user experience;

\- Responsible for collecting and analyzing user feedback to optimize existing products and service processes;

\- Responsible for collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals.

## Requirements

-   Language Maestro: Fluent in Italian, good English
