### How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

-   • Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
-   • Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
-   • Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
-   • Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
-   • Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

## Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

-   • Language Maestro: Fluent in Portuguese, good English
-   • Strong communication and active listening skills
-   • A problem-solving, can-do mindset
-   • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
-   • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
-   • Availability to work in shifts
-   • EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal)
-   • High school diploma or equivalent
-   • Minimum B2 English
-   • C1+ level in the working language
