We're looking for a **driven and hands-on sales talent** ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact — driving revenue, developing outreach strategies, and working directly with our sales team to scale our business.

-   **Be our full cycle sales engine:** As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy

-   **Lead outreach initiatives:** You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals

## Requirements

**Skills & experience you will need 💪**

-   **2+ years of experience** in sales execution as e.g. AE or a similar role
-   Strong understanding of sales processes and experience **working in an early stage start-up**
-   Proven ability to manage **CRM systems;** best case HubSpot
-   Fluent in both **German and English**

**Nice-to-haves 🍒**

-   **Fluent in Spanish, French or Italin**
