## Description

**About Atria**:
Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.

We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

**About the Role – Charge RN (Full-Time)**
We’re seeking a highly proactive, organized, and team-oriented Charge RN to support seamless clinical operations and elevate the member experience across our New York practice. This role is central to coordinating real-time clinic flow, acting as the clinical bridge between teams, and ensuring exceptional day-to-day execution of care.

As a Charge RN, you will partner closely with our ACPs, MAs, Radiology, and Hospitality teams to monitor ongoing clinic activity, troubleshoot delays, manage urgent imaging and lab needs, and ensure clinical excellence and communication at every step.

- Anticipate and troubleshoot issues to keep clinic flow running smoothly and on time
- Partner with MAs and hospitality to delegate and oversee clinical tasks from a licensed RN perspective
- Provide clinical support for stress testing and VO2 max procedures when needed

Radiology & Lab Coordination

- Oversee last-minute lab/imaging add-ons: confirm orders, print requisitions, and ensure proper follow-through
- Coordinate with Radiology to ensure members are fully prepped, particularly for urgent, Palm Beach, or weekend cases
- Lead daily morning huddles with MAs and Radiology to align on day’s schedule, priority members, and unresolved clinical needs

Palm Beach Member Support

- Serve as liaison for Palm Beach members (and any additional Atria locations) receiving care in NYC
- Ensure MRI orders and associated forms are submitted in advance for PB-to-NYC visits
- Confirm imaging paperwork is complete for weekend imaging appointments

Systems Flow & Team Integration

- Partner with hospitality, radiology, care coordination, and clinical pods to solve real-time issues and reduce member delays
- Provide real-time oversight at the front desk as the clinical counterpart to front desk leads
- Help ensure clinic operations are grounded in both clinical integrity and hospitality excellence
