**Pay & Incentives**

**NEW PAY RATES starting at $18.65/hour**  
**$2,000 Sign-On Bonus**

Aides who transport clients may receive:

-   An **additional $2/hour** to cover vehicle use driving responsibilities _(where applicable)_
-   **Mileage reimbursement** _(where applicable)_

Our Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) provide support with daily living activities such as:

-   Meal preparation
-   Light housekeeping

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
-   Must have reliable transportation
-   Bilingual / Spanish-speaking applicants are a plus
-   PCA or HHA Certificate in New York State
-   Worked under certification within the past 2 years
