## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Apply plaster, render, cement, and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
-   Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, levelling, and applying bonding agents where required.
-   Mix plaster, mortar, and rendering materials to the correct consistency.
-   Apply and finish plaster using trowels, floats, and other hand tools.
-   Carry out internal and external plastering and rendering work.
-   Repair cracks, holes, damaged surfaces, and existing plasterwork.
-   Install and finish plasterboard, mesh, beads, and other associated materials where required.
-   Ensure surfaces are smooth, level, even, and ready for painting or other finishes.
-   Read and work from construction drawings and specifications.
-   Work closely with other trades and site supervisors to meet project requirements.
-   Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organised.
-   Follow site health and safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as a **Plasterer** in construction.
-   Good knowledge of plastering, rendering, and surface preparation techniques.
-   Ability to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
-   Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.
-   Experience with both internal and external plastering is an advantage.
-   Good attention to detail and workmanship.
-   Physically fit and able to work at heights where required.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Relevant plastering qualification, apprenticeship, or trade certification is an advantage.
-   Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
