## Description

The BIM Operator prepares and maintains Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and drawings using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design tools. The role supports project coordination, clash detection, and the production of construction documentation.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Create and modify 3D BIM models based on project requirements.
-   Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, sections, and schedules.
-   Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models.
-   Update BIM models to reflect design changes and revisions.
-   Perform clash detection using software such as Navisworks.
-   Generate shop drawings and as-built drawings.
-   Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
-   Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design conflicts.
-   Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.
-   Support project coordination meetings by providing model updates.

## Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.

Experience as a BIM Operator, BIM Modeler, CAD Operator, or Draftsman.

Proficiency in:

-   Autodesk Revit
-   AutoCAD
-   Navisworks
-   BIM 360 (preferred)
-   Microsoft Office

Knowledge of construction drawings and engineering standards.

Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
