## Description

**Plumbing Duties**

-   Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:

-   Domestic hot and cold water services
-   Above-ground drainage systems
-   Sanitary ware and associated pipework
-   Rainwater systems
-   Heating systems and plant room installations

-   Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
-   Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities
-   Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications ·      
-   Ability to read and interpret mechanical and coordinated drawings
-   ·       Good understanding of Irish mechanical services standards and regulations
-   ·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   ·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
-   ·       Strong work ethic and reliability
-   ·       Good communication and teamwork skills
-   ·       Problem-solving ability on site
-   ·       Flexible and adaptable approach to work requirements
-   ·       Commitment to safety and quality standards
-   ·       Ability to deliver installations safely, on time, and to specification
-   ·       Ability to support project teams in achieving programme milestones
-   ·       Ability to promote a positive site safety culture and teamwork
-   ·       Willingness to work overtime or weekends where required to meet project deadlines
-   ·       Ability to work safely and effectively on active construction sites

## Requirements

-   Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter trade certification
-   Proven experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects
-   Welding experience including TIG and ARC welding
-   Safe Pass Card
-   Manual Handling certification
-   Coded welding certification (desirable)
-   IPAF / MEWP certification (desirable)
-   Confined Space training (desirable)
-   Abrasive Wheels certification (desirable)
-   Full clean driving licence (desirable)
-   Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects
-   Experience maintaining high-quality workmanship standards on live construction projects
