### Responsibilities

-   Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
-   Lead project execution, monitoring for adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary.
-   Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and to manage expectations.
-   Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing proactive solutions.
-   Supervise project teams, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and that team members are motivated and productive.
-   Prepare and present detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-   Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the project life cycle.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management across various industries.
-   Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
-   Exceptional leadership and team collaboration abilities.
-   Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
