## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing systems according to drawings and specifications.
-   Measure and mark fence lines, post locations, gates, and other components.
-   Dig post holes and install fence posts securely using appropriate tools and equipment.
-   Install different types of fencing, including steel, aluminum, timber, chain-link, and mesh fencing.
-   Cut, assemble, align, and secure fence panels, rails, posts, and gates.
-   Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
-   Ensure fences are level, straight, properly aligned, and securely installed.
-   Install and adjust gates, hinges, locks, and other hardware.
-   Carry out repairs, replacements, and maintenance of existing fencing.
-   Follow site safety procedures and comply with relevant workplace regulations.
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
-   Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and other trades.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Previous experience in fence installation, construction, fabrication, or a similar trade.
-   Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
-   Good practical and mechanical skills.
-   Ability to use hand and power tools.
-   Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor and manual work.
-   Good attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work at heights or in varying weather conditions when required.
-   Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
-   Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
