## Description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for experienced Plasterers to join our skilled trades team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your work will play a crucial role in the aesthetic and structural quality of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. ### Responsibilities

-   Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damage before plaster application.
-   Mix, apply, and finish plaster coatings using hand tools and spray equipment.
-   Ensure smooth and even surfaces on walls and ceilings according to project specifications.
-   Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand requirements.
-   Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
-   Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on schedule.
-   Identify and repair plaster defects or cracks efficiently.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in construction.
-   Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
-   Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
-   Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plastering tasks.
-   Understanding of health and safety standards in construction environments.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
-   Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites if required.
