Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components and performing welding tasks to support production. ### Responsibilities

-   Fabricate metal parts and structures following blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
-   Perform various welding techniques to assemble components accurately.
-   Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
-   Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
-   Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
-   Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is advantageous.
-   Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator or in a similar role.
-   Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication techniques.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
-   Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
-   Effective communication and teamwork skills.
-   Knowledge of workplace safety standards in welding and fabrication.
