Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Sprayer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paints, coatings, and other finishes to various industrial equipment and surfaces with precision and efficiency. ### Responsibilities

-   Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
-   Operate spray equipment to apply coatings and finishes evenly and accurately.
-   Mix and prepare paint and coating materials according to specifications.
-   Inspect surfaces before and after spraying to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
-   Maintain and clean spraying equipment to ensure proper function and longevity.
-   Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
-   Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed.
-   Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality objectives.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Industrial Sprayer or similar role.
-   Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment operation, and surface preparation.
-   Ability to work with various types of paints, coatings, and finishes.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
-   Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to industrial spraying.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
-   Physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of spraying and equipment handling.
