## Description

Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking skilled Carpenter/Joiners to join our expert team. This role requires proficiency in both carpentry and joinery, involving the construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures and fittings. You will work on a variety of projects, including creating bespoke joinery, doors, windows, staircases, and general carpentry tasks, delivering high-quality workmanship that meets client specifications. ### Responsibilities

-   Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and joinery components such as doors, windows, staircases, and cabinetry.
-   Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
-   Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials precisely using hand and power tools.
-   Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
-   Collaborate with clients, designers, and other tradespeople to deliver customized joinery solutions.
-   Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment with adherence to health and safety standards.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
-   Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
-   Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks efficiently.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Valid driver's license and flexibility to work at various site locations.
