## Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, good organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, suppliers, and client representatives on site.

## Requirements

**Skills & Experience Required**

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a construction site supervision role  
• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations  
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site activities on commercial, industrial, or residential projects  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills  
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and site best practices  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
