## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundworkers to join our construction team. As a Groundworker, you will play a vital role in preparing construction sites, including excavation, trenching, and laying foundations that support building projects. This position requires physical fitness, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and maintain construction sites through excavation, trenching, and ground leveling.
-   Lay foundations, drainage systems, and other groundwork as per project specifications.
-   Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for groundworks tasks.
-   Assist in the positioning and installation of site utilities and infrastructure.
-   Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
-   Work closely with other construction team members to support timely project completion.
-   Load and unload materials and assist with site organization and housekeeping.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Groundworker or in a similar construction role.
-   Knowledge of site preparation, excavation, and groundwork techniques.
-   Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely.
-   Understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to groundworks.
-   Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
-   Good teamwork and communication skills.
-   Valid CSCS card (preferred) and relevant safety certifications.
-   Flexibility to work on different job sites as required.
