## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
-   Perform MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding depending on project requirements.
-   Cut, shape, bend, and fabricate metal components using appropriate tools and machinery.
-   Assemble and weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal structures.
-   Measure and inspect fabricated components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
-   Perform grinding, finishing, and surface preparation.
-   Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, grinders, drills, and presses.
-   Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition.
-   Follow workplace health and safety procedures and welding standards.
-   Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and defects.
-   Work independently or as part of a fabrication/installation team.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Previous experience as a welder, fabricator, or metalworker.
-   Proficiency in relevant welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA/ARC).
-   Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
-   Good knowledge of metal fabrication techniques.
-   Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
-   Good attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
-   Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or construction environment.
-   Relevant welding certifications are an advantage.
-   Commitment to safety and quality standards.
