## Description

To apply plaster, render, and related finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in plastering, rendering, skimming, and patch repairs.

• Ability to prepare surfaces before plaster application.

• Knowledge of plastering materials, tools, and techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.

• Strong time-management and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces for plastering.

• Mix and apply plaster, render, and other finishing materials.

• Apply tape & joint & sand to plasterboard

• Apply external render using cement and sand render

• Apply stucco or similar external render systems to insulation systems

• Repair damaged plasterwork and carry out maintenance work.

• Install decorative mouldings and finishes where required.

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality.

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

• Comply with site health and safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel.

• Strong knowledge of plastering systems and techniques

• Good attention to detail and finishing skills

• Quality Workmanship

• Assist with other site duties when required
