### Responsibilities

-   Operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
-   Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately.
-   Inspect completed welds to verify quality and adherence to standards.
-   Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
-   Collaborate with engineers and team members to solve welding challenges and optimize production processes.
-   Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; TIG welding certification is a plus.
-   Proven experience in TIG welding, with a solid understanding of welding techniques and best practices.
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-   Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
-   Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
-   Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding operations.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
