We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead and grow our product management team. This leadership role will be crucial in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while fostering customer-centric innovation. The Director will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful products that transform the mobility industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
-   Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
-   Prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
-   Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
-   Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
-   Drive data-informed decision making and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities.
-   Champion Agile product development methodologies and best practices across the organization.

## Requirements

-   8+ years of product management experience in SaaS B2B environments, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
-   Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams, driving product excellence and innovation.
-   Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Experience working with complex enterprise customers and diverse stakeholder groups.
-   Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, product lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
-   Track record of successfully launching and scaling impactful products.
-   Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field; MBA or advanced relevant degree is a plus.
-   Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
