Luxury Motors is looking for a **Parts & Service Advisor** to join our Tallinn team.

This is a varied, hands-on automotive position combining responsibility for **spare parts, inventory and workshop support** with selected Service Advisor responsibilities. You will work closely with our technicians and customer-facing team to help ensure that both the workshop and our customers receive the right support at the right time.

As our business increasingly focuses on **XPENG and the rapidly developing world of electric vehicles**, this is an opportunity to become an important part of a small, professional team representing one of the most technology-focused automotive brands in the market.

**Main responsibilities:**

-   Identify, order and receive parts required for workshop repairs and customer needs.
-   Maintain accurate parts inventory and an organized warehouse.
-   Monitor stock levels and ensure required parts are available for scheduled workshop work.
-   Supply parts and technical information to technicians.
-   Coordinate with technicians regarding repair requirements and additional work.
-   Support workshop planning and administration of service orders.
-   Assist with warranty documentation and manufacturer processes.
-   Communicate with customers regarding parts and service matters when required.
-   Handle customer parts inquiries and parts sales.
-   Work with suppliers, manufacturer representatives and our Baltic colleagues.
-   Help improve parts, inventory and service processes as our business develops.

## Requirements

-   Experience in automotive parts, service or another automotive technical environment is strongly preferred.
-   Good understanding of automotive parts and repair processes — or a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
-   Good communication and customer service skills.
-   Comfortable working with computer-based inventory and automotive systems.
-   Interest in modern automotive technology and electric vehicles.
-   Good Estonian and English. Russian is a strong advantage.
-   Valid Category B driver’s license.

**Monthly salary:**

From **: €2,000–€2,800** gross., depending on experience and qualifications.
