In this position you will be part of our Athens International Airport Station and you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Rental Sales Department by providing operational leadership, customer service support, administrative coordination and on-the-job coaching

## Requirements

🎯**Your Mission:**

-   Support and coordinate daily counter operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, workload distribution and adherence to company procedures.
-   Actively participates in front-line rental sales activities when operationally required, supporting the team during peak periods and staffing shortages.
-   Act as the first point of escalation for customer concerns, complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-   Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance and support to Rental Sales Agents, including onboarding and training of new team members and refresh training for existing employees.
-   Support the execution of the station's sales and customer experience initiatives by promoting best practices and encouraging compliance with commercial objectives.
-   Perform administrative and coordination duties including station mailbox monitoring, invoice and documentation checks, reservation verification, VIP coordination, correspondence management, telephone support and follow-up of operational actions.
-   Act as liaison between the Counter and Parking teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination and resolution of operational matters affecting customer service and station performance.

🌟 **What Spells Success: Your Qualifications**

-   Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rental Sales Agent or in vehicle rental operations
-   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field is considered an asset
-   Strong knowledge of rental sales procedures and station operations
-   Previous mentoring, coaching or team coordination experience is considered an asset
