We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Intern** who wants more than an internship — someone ambitious, curious, and eager to learn how global recruitment really works in practice. You’ll be exposed to the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with experienced recruiters in a fast-paced, international environment.

## Requirements

### What you will do:

-   Source and engage candidates globally using LinkedIn and other platforms
-   Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates
-   Learn how to evaluate profiles and identify strong talent for different roles
-   Support interview coordination across time zones and stakeholders
-   Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS
-   Gain exposure to market mapping and recruitment strategy
-   Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups
-   Support employer branding and talent acquisition projects

### What we are looking for:

-   Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
-   Strong interest in recruitment, people, and global business
-   Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
-   High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
-   Interest in LinkedIn sourcing or talent research is a plus, but not required
