To support continued business growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager (m/f/d)** to join the team on-site in Eschborn.

**Your responsibilities:**

-   Develop and expand customer accounts across the European chemical industry, with a focus on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related specialty chemical products
-   Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic customer acquisition across key industrial sectors
-   Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular communication, customer visits, and commercial support
-   Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and accounts receivable management to ensure smooth operational execution
-   Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
-   Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
-   Collaborate closely with global headquarters on production planning, logistics coordination, and customer-specific requirements
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth and strategic planning

## Requirements

-   Legally authorized to work in Europe
-   Able to travel across European countries for business purposes without restrictions
-   Fluent in **English and German** (spoken and written) is mandatory
-   Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings
-   This is a fully on-site role based in Eschborn (no remote work)
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the chemical industry is strongly preferred
-   Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
-   Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and business presentations
-   Experience with SAP for sales operations, customer management, and order tracking is a strong advantage
-   Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style in an international business environment
