Our client is a European HR software company that is expanding rapidly in Germany, and is looking for you to grow with them.

## Requirements

From Munich to Frankfurt: our client’s expansion continues, and they are hiring their first Senior Sales Manager to shape the next growth chapter. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong leadership potential to help build the commercial footprint and, in the medium term, lead and grow a local sales team.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy, bring in high-potential new leads, and support the ambition of becoming a key player in the local market.

To be successful in this mission, you will work closely with various business units across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Tech.

**What will you be doing?**

▶ Search for new business opportunities by proactively leveraging your professional network, including active presence at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.  
▶ Develop high-impact prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert in the German market.  
▶ Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential opportunities generated through outbound initiatives and inbound leads in close collaboration with the Marketing team.  
▶ Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by:

-   Deeply understanding the needs of potential clients in Germany and securing qualified appointments (physically or remotely)
-   Presenting solutions and clearly communicating value to prospects
-   Preparing commercial offers, negotiating, and closing deals  
    ▶ Rigorously use CRM Salesforce and the marketing automation tool Outreach  
    ▶ Suggest new sales techniques and optimize lead qualification strategies and processes  
    ▶ Support the development of the German sales structure by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members

**You’re the right fit if you:**

❏ Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales or a related field  
❏ Have a proven track record of success in full-cycle sales in the German market, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment  
❏ Have a strategic mindset and strong initiative, and are motivated by growing into a leadership role  
❏ Have knowledge of the HR domain (preferred, but not required)  
❏ Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can represent the company effectively in the country  
❏ Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recover quickly from setbacks, and see challenges as opportunities for growth  
❏ Enjoy working in an international team and value collaboration, curiosity, and good humor  
❏ Are native German and fluent in English
