## Description

**About the Role**  
Our client is an innovative industrial technology company operating at the intersection of **education, manufacturing, and advanced training solutions**. They are expanding their commercial presence in Germany and are looking for a **hands-on Area Sales Manager** to own and grow a defined region through active field sales.

**Core Responsibilities**  

-   Take full ownership of a defined sales region in **Germany**.
-   Drive new business
-   Conduct **on-site product demonstrations** at vocational schools, welding training centers, and educational institutions.
-   Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, including **follow-ups, CRM updates, and accurate forecasting**.
-   Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and instructors.
-   Travel extensively within the region;
-   Attend the company office **once per month** for alignment and team meetings.
-   Represent the company professionally with a **consultative, respectful sales approach**, especially when engaging with senior and experienced audiences.

## Requirements

**Must-Have Requirements**  

-   **Native-level German**; good command of English
-   Willingness and ability to **travel long distances frequently**.
-   **2-3 years of experience in sales**, ideally in **field sales or outside sales roles**.
-   Strong **communication and presentation skills**; confident engaging with audiences aged **50-60+**.
-   Open, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
-   Genuine interest and motivation to **learn and sell a technical product** that is new to the market.

**Nice to Have**  

-   Experience selling **hardware, technical equipment, or industrial products**.
-   Background in education, training, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
