**Job Description**

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales performance against budget targets, driving new business initiatives, and establishing a strong commercial foundation to support sustainable growth and long-term market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, translating them into concrete commercial offerings
-   Expand sales coverage across targeted industries and geographic regions
-   Conduct market visits, customer engagements, and follow-up activities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
-   Prepare quotations, coordinate product sampling, and provide accurate rolling sales forecasts
-   Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
-   Prepare monthly report and presentation for senior management, supporting strategic planning and decision-making
-   Perform other business development-related duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar business development, sales, or commercial role, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
-   Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, including developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and handling complex key accounts.
-   Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
