## Requirements

**The Role**  
Our client is looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** to join a lean but highly experienced engineering team. The ideal candidate is a generalist with deep TypeScript expertise who thrives in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment. You'll work on both new product development and enhancements to a solid existing codebase, with a strong emphasis on engineering best practices and clean code.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend).
-   Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
-   Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability.
-   Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.

**What They're Looking For**

-   7–10+ years of software development experience.
-   **Strong proficiency in TypeScript** (absolute must).
-   Solid experience with full-stack development using:

-   **Frontend**: React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS
-   **Backend**: Node.js, Express, Python (Django)
-   **Database**: PostgreSQL
-   **Tooling/DevOps**: Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab
-   **Testing**: Jest, Enzyme, Unitest

-   Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
-   Comfort working with a high code-quality bar (longer review cycles, clean architecture).
-   Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience working at early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startups.
-   Previous exposure to complex B2B platforms.
