### About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and strategic **Senior Manager, Customer Value** to relentlessly focus on maximizing trading activity, portfolio diversification, and loyalty tier progression. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, CRM, and Trading functions to commercialize loyalty programs and drive sustainable revenue diversification. You will lead global campaigns that consistently deliver high-profit margins while leveraging behavioral data to unlock exponential growth.

### Key Responsibilities

### Customer Value Strategy & Ownership

-   Own the customer value Key Results (KRs), specifically focusing on increasing trading activity, portfolio diversification, and upward loyalty tier migration.
-   Define and deliver comprehensive customer value strategies to move users from the bottom of the funnel through to high-value tiers.
-   Develop and implement an overarching revenue diversification strategy and workflow in alignment with regional owners and key stakeholders.

### Cross-Functional Leadership

-   Lead cross-functional alignment on goals, plans, and workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between regional managers, Trading, Proposition, Product, CRM, and Client-Facing teams.
-   Drive adoption of crypto funding mechanisms across the global client base.

### Revenue Diversification

-   Drive global revenue diversification strategies for key trading products (FX majors, indices, cryptocurrencies, etc.), partnering with Brand, Acquisition, Product, and Client-Facing teams to accelerate adoption.
-   Increase trading revenue while reducing concentration risk through active cross-selling.
-   Collaborate with the Data and CRM teams to build automated cross-selling journeys that improve efficiency and scalability.

### Planning & Commercialization

-   Create monthly and quarterly customer value plans and roadmaps aligned with regional business objectives.
-   Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize loyalty program commercialization through close cross-functional collaboration.
-   Build and test value toolkits tailored to different customer segments.

### Campaign & Growth Leadership

-   Lead end-to-end global campaign strategy, roadmap, and execution, coordinating across Trading, Product, Brand, Acquisition, and Client-Facing teams.
-   Scale high-impact initiatives such as digital trading contests and instrument-specific promotional campaigns to drive both short- and long-term revenue growth.
-   Monitor and manage promotional costs to consistently deliver profit margins of 50% or higher.

### Performance Reporting

-   Leverage reporting tools such as Power BI, Bloomberg, and Amplitude to identify trading trends and uncover growth opportunities.

### Qualifications

-   7+ years of experience in Customer Value Management, preferably within brokerage or financial services.
-   Strong expertise in behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude), business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), and financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg).
-   Proven ability to identify opportunities and solve business challenges using data.
-   Deep experience managing customer value initiatives, including loyalty program strategy and operations.
-   Demonstrated success leading global campaigns with high cost efficiency and measurable business impact.
-   Solid understanding of financial trading instruments, including FX, metals, indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and current market trends.
-   Ability to own Key Results (KRs) end-to-end, from strategic planning through execution and operational delivery.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning Product, Trading, CRM, Client-Facing, and business teams toward shared objectives.
