In Japan, our client is the **No.1 pet food brand**, known for its wide product portfolio and innovative, industry-defining product _“Churu”_. After significant domestic growth, the company continues to expand internationally with the mission to bring joy to pets and their owners worldwide.

They are now seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join the team in Lithuania. Aiming for a person who wants to grow with the company and actively contribute to building the brand in an exciting market. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and being part of a growing international brand, this role is for you.

### **Main responsibilities:**

-   Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs in Lithuania
-   Serving existing accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-   Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly analysis.
-   Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
-   Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
-   Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
-   Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-   Promoting our products at different events, such as expo or dog or cat shows etc.

### Requirements:

-   You are enthusiastic, people-oriented and motivated to grow your career in sales.
-   You enjoy being out in the market, meeting partners and representing a brand you believe in.

**Ideally you bring in:**

-   Experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles (FMCG or pet industry is a plus)
-   A commitment to excellent customer service.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Fluent in Lithuanian. Knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
-   Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
-   Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
-   Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
-   Valid driver's license required for job-related travel inside Lithuania
-   Passion for pets and animal well-being
