### Job Description

**Reporting to the Team Lead / Senior Relationship Manager**

As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on onboarding new clients and supporting the growth of these accounts through a value-based relationship approach. You will work in a team comprising culturally diverse professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
-   Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media engagement.
-   Develop professional and trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high level of service and support.
-   Research and identify opportunities to develop new prospects and assess customer potential.
-   Prepare and execute effective sales activities using available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
-   Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
-   Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
-   Provide feedback to relevant teams regarding customer needs, expectations, and challenges.
-   Continuously develop knowledge of financial markets and the company's products and services.
-   Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
-   Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.
-   Stay informed about global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical developments that may impact financial markets.
-   Translate complex financial and economic information into clear, client-friendly insights.
-   Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as required.

### Qualifications

### Skills & Qualifications

-   Native Malayalam speaker with fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Strong understanding of forex trading, currency pairs, and the factors influencing market movements.
-   Ability to analyze financial markets, economic indicators, and macroeconomic trends.
-   Excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-   Familiarity with financial regulations and licensing requirements relevant to the industry.
-   Experience working in a sales role within a CFD broker or financial trading environment.
-   Experience managing a sales team within a CFD broker environment is considered an advantage.
-   Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.
-   Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-   Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
-   Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
