They operate a factory based in the UK specialising in the collection and recycling of plastic waste generated from industry and manufacturing.**  
  
About the role  
**You will act as a key partner to our commercial teams by creating logistics solutions that help profitable deals happen.

You’ll be responsible for:

-   Securing the most competitive freight rates across global routes
-   Managing relationships with shipping lines, forwarders, hauliers and warehouses
-   Supporting shipments across North America, South America, Türkiye, Australia and Asia
-   Solving urgent logistics issues quickly and commercially
-   Improving margins through smarter freight buying and routing
-   Providing market updates on freight trends, risks and opportunities
-   Coordinating bookings, documentation and delivery performance
-   Working closely with traders, suppliers and customers globally
-   Helping improve systems, processes and ways of working

## Requirements

-   Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese 
-   Strong communicator who can build relationships globally
-   Commercially minded and cost-aware
