### What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Your days will be dynamic, analytical, and collaborative. Here is how you will make an impact:

-   **Drive the Audit Lifecycle:** Take ownership of day-to-day fieldwork, execute external audit engagements from planning to completion, evaluate internal controls, and assess risks.
-   **Build Client Partnerships:** Communicate directly with clients to gather information, understand their business needs, and deliver exceptional, responsive service.
-   **Analyze & Report:** Review financial data, draft detailed audit reports, and communicate findings and practical recommendations to clients and senior team members.
-   **Drive Excellence & Compliance:** Ensure all working papers are accurate, thoroughly documented, and fully compliant with professional standards and accounting regulations.
-   **Collaborate & Innovate:** Work seamlessly across service lines, contribute fresh ideas to improve audit processes, and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.

## Requirements

### **What You Bring to the Team**

-   **Experience:** **2 to 3 years** of solid audit experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field (a relevant Master's is a plus).
-   **Qualifications:** Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, JES, SOEL) completed or actively in progress.
-   **Technical Acumen:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and familiarity with modern audit tools.
-   **Language Skills:** Full professional fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
-   **Core Competencies:** Strong attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
-   **Personal Attributes:** A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, high professional integrity, and the adaptability to thrive in diverse client environments.
