-   Oversee the operations of RASA restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food and outstanding service.

-   Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
-   Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a cohesive and motivated team.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
-   Having experience in handling an all-day dining concept

-   Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
-   Strong financial acumen with experience in managing food costs and controlling budgets.
-   In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, HACCP certification preferred.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining elevated culinary standards.
-   A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is highly preferred.
