## Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing event bookings to maximize revenue for our hotel.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for events and meetings.
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and industry events.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
-   Conduct site inspections and create compelling proposals to showcase our event facilities.
-   Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events, from planning to delivery.
-   Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales within the hospitality industry.
-   Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Familiarity with event management software and tools is preferred.
-   Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
